Cesar Castro

Cesar has been a practitioner, consultant and teacher of open innovation and innovation strategies. He was one of the first employees hired at InnoCentive in 2001 and has also worked at the Institute for the Future (www.iftf.org) and The Industrial Research Institute www.iriweb.org). Cesar is interested in innovation strategy for small and medium sized enterprises, open innovation in services, and culture change for innovation.
