- Problem: The goal of this project is Monthly U.S. single family home sales in order to forecast the number of sales of single family homes in the future.
Solution: To analyze the sales of one family houses in United States from 1973-95, used time series model to fit the data. After pre-processing, cleaning, taking out seasonality trends then build time series model to predict future home sales value.
