I then play devils advocate to make sure that I have covered every aspect of the problem and ensure I am not creating another one.

- I worked at Kennedy Space Center on the Space Shuttle Program for 32 yrs, around 2002 NASA started a program called SATOP (Space Alliance Technical Outreach Program) which small companies can go to get help solving there engineering/technical problem(s) and NASA utilized Engineers from there facilities. I really enjoy solving problems, so as an Industrial engineer working for United Space Alliance, I signed up to help.
