My current experience in the role of, Head of Technology Scouting requires idenfitfying and due dilligence of the acquisition of technologies. It is a starting point of a long term and interactive matching process between external technologies and internal requirements of an existing organization for strategic purposes. This matching may also be aided by technology roadmapping.

My areas of expertise are ever changing and due to a propritary process and the use of a scouting software, areas of expertise are infinite. Over the course of 3 years, our team has worked on hundreds of scouting projects in dozens of areas.
