- I developed a strategy for solving the widespread problem of broken pavement slabs with the creation of a local government sponsored scheme whereby home owners are offered a subsidy to encourage them to do the much needed repairs and organising the manufacture of pavement slabs made from recycled car tires (pyrolysis method). This will be achieved with the offer of government grants to set up the production of the necessary large quantities through existing producers and potential new ones.
