I researched and found out that the principal cause of inferiority complex among the students was the fact that their settlements are located in an undeveloped part of the country thereby making them to lack exposure which in turn creates in them some kinda fear for the contemporary world...So I simply introduced debate groups and activities which to some extent instilled some confidence in them,then I also introduced excursions to the more advanced areas and this eventually brought some needed exposure.
