- I have designed more than 150 components that are used today in General Motors vehicles
- I designed a building system for structural insulated panels that has been certified for use throughout Australia and New Zealand
- I designed a mobile accommodation unit (6 bedrooms & 6 bathrooms) that met international building codes and could be used anywhere in the world
- I designed a patented rapid building system for emergency shelters and temporary dwellings
- I designed and built 2 houseboats from my own new materials that had never been used in any building application before
