Techniques Jayesh Vani Uses:
I read through the problem statement (at least a few times). If possible I try to get a first hand experience of the problem and try to understand it in detail. After that I research the problem itself. If a solution already exists than I try to see how it can be applied in the current context. If no solution exist, I think through the problem and try to come out with at least 2-3 possible solutions.
Jayesh Vani's Problem Solving Experience:
- My ideas and suggestions to Government of India on how to improve governance services by using Information and Technology have been accepted. For this I was felicitated by the Prime Minister of India and Ministry of Urban Development.
- Gave solutions to Airlines (based on type of Aircraft - Boeing/Airbus) on how to re-arrange seating by following Covid-19 guidelines (maintaining 6 feet of distance, no side to side contact etc). Also proposed few alternatives on how to effectively re-align storage. The solution was accepted by the company that had put the challenge.
- Recently proposed a solution to a large Auto Company on how to recycle & up-cycle various Auto parts at various stages (of design, manufacturing, usage) till the part reaches end of it's life cycle. This solution has been accepted the auto company.
