1. I designed an ultimatum transformer vault for secondary wires to be supported on wire rack with seismic mitigation.
2. I designed kitchen remodel, for open concept kitchen. Removed load bearing wall, installed beam, adjusted electrical and plumbing to accommodate space.
3. Outlets in bedroom weren’t working, evaluated the the outlet devices used, the year they were installed, came to the conclusion that the outlets had a loose connection because they were installed with the stab back terminals instead of the hook terminals
