Juan Pablo Diaz Mazza's Problem Solving Experience:
- I conducted an innovation diagnostic at Comex, where we found their problem in converting ideas into real projects where the lack of an innovation project management methodology and an implementation methodology.
- A co worker and me, developed the entire innovation process for COMEX, leading manufacturer and distributor of quality paints and coatings in Mexico, recently acquired by Sherwin Williams. We are currently working in the implementation of the process and the implementation of an innovation software in partnership with Hype Innovation.
