- Addressed the IT training and support needs of a diverse client base through successful operation of a sole-proprietorship consultancy.
- Drafted the first-ever IT Policy Manual, Budget, Training Plan, and Equipment Replacement Schedule for a relatively large non-profit addressing the practical, educational, and social needs of relatively recent immigrants.
- Created a network of Departmental Resource Support (DSR) volunteers. These were individuals with aptitude and interest in providing Q&A support to their co-workers. Utilized DSRs to gather information on equipment, training, & policy needs. Also included a recognition component, corporate support & training.
- Developed a successful Lunch & Learn type program to demonstrate advanced features of Office software products and build the skill set of administrative/managerial level computer users.
