With this long experience of 33 years in project management of mega projects as a Senior Certified Project Manager ( IPMA LEVEL B from International Project Management Association - Paris / France ) i faced a lot of problems in both human beings resources and other resources management in addition to all different types of technical problems if not resolved in due time would lead to delays in project delivery which has negative consequences on both the manager and the company as well .

For technical problems we revert to internal resources to help resolve the problem otherwise we have to revert to a Third Party SPECIALIZED in that particular field related to the issue in question .
