BA Theatre Performance Northern Kentucky University. I also worked at Rand in Santa Monica as a telephone interviewer. I was often requested by researchers because of my ability to convince people to speak with me and answer questions. I was especially good at grumpy older men. I was often assigned to refusual conversion cases. And had a very good completion rate on a study that required us to convince folks over the phone to share their medical records with the study.
