- Currently working on a mechanical device (in the Sketchup 3-D program) to easier, accurately and more efficiently joint square air ducts together.
- Taking measures from a basic 2-D drawing of ventilation systems in order to get hundreds of concrete screws/brackets mounted far in advance before the pipes/ducts to avoid later difficulties concerning availability and lots of other installations in the way.
- I invented, (from a 17mm concrete drill with SDS-connection) a tool to use when mounting the old-fashion Twin-fix brackets into concrete, which was used together with a concrete power drill, instead of using a standard hammer for that kind of work.
- I redesigned the original duct design of a ventilation system, and according to the air adjustment company, reducing work level of the fan units from 100% to 70%.
