1. The PVC insulation tape plant supplied by a tiwan co. had 2 problems.
   1. When even the 1.3 mtr. tape gets folding and sticksup the machine need to be stopped to cut the tape manually and remove the core with wound tape on it taking 10 minutes of time
   Solution.... Incorporated a switch at astrategic location to cut the width of tape and discharge the defective wound core in secound!
   
   2. When ever machine stopped the adhesive insulated PVC tape use to get over heated in the drying chambers.
   Solution.... Modified the circuit to stop the hot air blowers to stop when ever the movement of tape stops!
