Projects that have involved generating functional requirements, writing and validating use case scenarios and developing recommendations for change in process and systems.

Project Experience:

• Developing the business case and functional requirements for replacement or upgrade systems, including business process analysis and mapping and the development of project goals, objectives and performance metrics (‘performance management scoring’ reporting) that need to be met by new systems or processes.
• Gap analysis reporting of “as-is” and “to-be” business environments, together with reports on recommendations for change.
• Iterative approach to project deliverables, JAD sessions, project deliverable review sessions with SMEs, and review and sign-off with project stakeholders and also to software development testing.
• Implementation experience of replacement or upgraded systems and new business processes, including staged implementations and cutover phases.
