Marilou Alvar's Problem Solving Experience:
- * I have revised and improved the Cebu Doctors' University (CDU) curricular program offerings for the Master of Arts major in Educational Management and the Master of Arts in Teaching Medical Related Subjects to fit current educational trends/needs.
*I have developed the CDU Organization Development Curricular Program Framework for 2 doctoral programs, namely: Doctor of Organization Development and Transformation and Doctor of Organization Development in School Administration, a consultancy-based educational programs, to be at par with the global standards;
*I had conducted an Reengineering project for an Electric Cooperative in Mindanao to help solve people-process-structure problems which affects the whole system.
* I do technical advising to most of my OD students when they do their research/ OD work, particularly in the design of OD interventions as well as to my Master of Arts in Nursing students.
