Marvin Abrinica

Marvin is a brand builder, a storyteller, design thinker, and innovation guide. He left Procter & Gamble after 18 years and founded the Thrivera Advisory Group, specializing in brand building to help entrepreneurs and innovators get their ideas and businesses growing.

During his years at P&G, he took on roles as a Brand Manager, Innovation Sourcing Manager, and HR Innovation Manager. Marvin led P&G’s PŪR new business development as he launched multiple multi-million dollar product initiatives. He then took roles as a supply chain leader within P&G’s Global Sourcing group for several industries including: Capital, Chemicals, Innovation, & Consulting services.

Marvin’s greatest passion is developing people. Throughout his career, he served as a corporate trainer within P&G’s Leadership Academy, teaching leaders the art of strategy, branding, & effective communication. He was also a P&G Clay Street design thinker. Now, as a startup advisor and consultant, Marvin loves guiding businesses to solve wicked problems.
