A patient struggled with Nephrotic kidney disease with hypothyroidism .But doctor treated the patient with hypothyroid medicine .When Patient come to me , I diagnosed that the patient was suffering nephrotic syndrome with hypothyroidism. I informed the doctor to add steroid and a ACE Inhibitor drug .
