I developed and streamlined production in a mfg. setting by making the transition manual accountability to computerized accountability by assigning inventory part numbers and organizing inventory, and put more security measures in place to get true mfg. numbers of goods to match our inventory pulls. Resulting in realistic cost in mfg. product, tightened security to reduce theft, and basically streamlined the whole inventory to give us accurate numbers on cost of goods sold.
