Crest, Colgate, Closeup & Signal toothpastes' shares were flat over last 12 years. MY objective was to give a break through and increase Crest shares in Saudi Arabia. I analyzed historical retail audit data, each of the brands activities, and consumers habits and attitude towards oral care category.
Crest distributions across lower trade were weaker versus competitions as well as awareness and penetration among Asians were significantly low.
We managed to achieve our objective in 6 - 9 months campaign through media, promotions and beefing up the distribution in lower trade.

    I worked across multiple FMCG categories on all types of qualitative and quantitative researches, from the study design to the supervision on the questionnaire development, field executions/data collections, analysis, summarizing/reporting.
