1. Understand the customer requirement and their ecosystem within which the product will be used.
2. Develop a IdeaBox where all types of ideas are brought in and discussed in detail.
3. Research and identify existing ideas.
4. Introduce the criteria or constraints that will vette out the ideas.
5. Produce the shortlisted ideas to the customer to further vette out the ideas to a single promising idea.
6. Develop the idea to multiple prototypes.
7. Interview experts and stakeholders involved in execution or delivering the product. Show prototypes for feedback.
8. Further refine the product to a single prototype and show the customer for feedback.
