-Successfully developed and implemented a multi-functional and completely bespoke CRM and ERP solution for BoomBoom Cricket’s global operations by synchronising the three international offices, all involved in independent and collective finance, procurement, production, marketing and overall value chain operations.
-Established and managed a portfolio of 5 international cricket boards and 65 elite cricketers.
-Developed the complete product range, including cricket bats, pads, gloves, kit bags, accessories, clothing and a miscellaneous catalogued sports equipment portfolio. Also developed and launched the first ever unbreakable composite cricket bat, ideal for coaching, entry level, indoor and street cricket.
