I use Hegels Dialectical Theory to develop a full synthesis of any problem given from the POV of multiple stakeholders. I then extract requirements from the synthesized problem statement to capture all requirements of the stakeholders and get confirmation from them on the requirements, this completes the Problem definition stage. Then, I come up with multiple solutions for solving the problem and try to find any existing solutions to the given problem. I perform a trade study to find the best solution to be used and discuss the solution with the stakeholders.
