I have a patent application notice for the development of an insulin treatment storage box and a refrigerator with a thermoelectric cooling system, and the application was granted No. (1102) on (19/8/2020) at 10:08 Am from the Yemeni Ministry of Industry and Trade - Sana'a.
Abstract :
The problem with medical thermoelectric containers lies in two things:
1/ When the thermoelectric units are automatically or completely turned off, the heat stored in the heat sink at the hot end returns to the enclosure through the area of the thermoelectric unit, forming a thermal bridge to escape the cold.
That is why I solved this problem by inventing a thermodynamic conduction and isolation valve that is placed between the cold surface of the thermoelectric unit and the surface of the internal metal content of the container, so that this valve works to conduct thermal energy between the surfaces in contact with its surfaces during the operation process, or by the process of preventing leakage and complete isolation between the surfaces in contact with its surfaces during operation. Automatic or complete shutdown process.
2/ The second problem is the inefficiency of the medical containers available in the market to be used in an environment exceeding 32 degrees Celsius, so we worked on designing a medical container suitable for the high air temperature up to 48 degrees Celsius with the same electrical consumption .
