I believe in life we can see the world with all the problems or in the other hand every problem has a reciprocal opportunity. Dirty signs can bother you or you can have a bus. cleaning signs. Broken car mirrors are a hazard or you can have a bus. replacing them with a mobile service. So, I am probably mostly a visual problem solver... like to see the problem and then find the alternatives.

- Worked in construction most of my life, 5 years splicing fiber optics, and now as a handy person

Nate Wightman's Problem Solving Experience:
- I designed a device to keep locks from being cut.
- In fiber optics as a splicer we often had to cut fiber optic cables out of plastic closures with a saw. I recognized the inherent danger of having saws that close to a cable, so, I figured out that we could use wax string (we would use for lacing cables) to wire saw the cable out of the closure ports.
