    Problem Description
    • A large, international based company with US operations wants to provide its products, services, and technologies to the Department of Energy and DOE contractors.


    Outcome Achieved
    • The company was able to rapidly position with DOE’s Biomass program as a solutions provider and key technology player to this emerging market for its products and services.

    • The company was able to quickly identify 24 companies that would benefit from its products and services. These opportunities were not on their radar screen and attest to GCS’s ability to obtain value from his deep knowledge of the federal market.
