The wall bracket is adapted to be directly coupled to a wall and includes a top rail and a bottom rail. The mounting bracket is adapted to be coupled to the flat panel display, and includes first and second plate members connected to each other and defining an upper end and a lower end. At the upper end, the mounting bracket includes a hook to engage the top rail of the wall bracket. At the lower end, the mounting bracket includes a spring clip that selectively engages the bottom rail of the wall bracket.
