1. When working in waste management the place was not as organised as I come up with a solution of separating the plastic bottles in one area and plastic sheets in another area plastic removed from old toys etc in another 2 to 4 people working on different areas and same on the bail machine in which the waste gets crushed and compressed and bailed with wire to be stored outside in areas which is labelled then shipped out keeping the area clean and safe to work in as work was now going at a much faster pace as the work place is now organised and is good if other companies decide to buy the business . Alot big businesses like this are put down due to not being organised etc so solutions like this is makes businesses expand to a much wider area and earn more of an income shipping to other companies and employers and becomes more reliable all round.
