Rob Fuller

Rob Fuller
I am willing to take on any challenging problem you may have. I have an Uncanny knack of seeing things from other angles to normal people. I have a very creative imagination and am not afraid to use it. Sometimes people like myself, without specific qualifications and experience in one field alone, can see the solutions to the problems much clearer than the people who are experts in the subject itself!

Areas Rob Fuller is Knowledgeable in:

i am happy to be involved in any form of problem solving exercise but am particularly interested in the following: Office Environment/Increasing output adn reducing costs/ - Marketing/Advertising problems....slogans, ideas for adverts, what music to use, who to sell to, where to advertise...
Music: How to mix/compile/search for music.

Techniques Rob Fuller Uses:

Analytical study of current processes including time keeping, input and output of work and number of staff to complete work. I would use manual techniques and/or software to colate this information. I would then use this data to experiment and calculate other possibilites be it a new system/software or simply adapting the working environment. All investigations would be collated and a new idea would be trialled before being fully implemented once the root cause of the problem had been satisfactorily solved.

Rob Fuller's Problem Solving Experience:

  1. I was an integral part of a team who successfully reduced costs and increased output of work processed in the Banking Administrative Offices (250 members of staff) of the largest Building Society in the World. I worked as part of a Brainwaves team who invented and implemented new ideas throughout the department and eventually the company. Of 43 ideas i created within the first year, 25 were successfully inplemented. I then continued as a 'Brainwaves' advisor, visiting teams in various departments to analyse an d eventually solve any problems they were having and to generally reduce costs, increase moral and incentives for the staff to increase output as well as improving their working environment.
