Talks in education summits on academic regulations, E-Governance and management forums aiming to provide higher education, creating skill development and employability of undergraduate students. I believe I have the combination of knowledge, abilities, and skills to fulfill the responsibilities of this role. Specifically, I bring:

ü Experience creating operational policies and management information systems that support quality of output and efficiency; this specifically includes building databases, operational metrics and developing best practice manuals.
ü Excellent people management skills, including managing large clientele, mid & junior level executives towards reaching key goals and supervising teams of up to 10+ diverse staff members. Responsible for training vendor selection strategy, campus talent hiring, training effectiveness & performance management, and brand promotion to bring new tie-ups :campus to corporate alliances
ü A track record of project management in diverse environments, providing strategic guidance to organization-wide efforts where collaboration was key - critical in all the positions I had worked.
