- I have designed and manufactured an All terrain vehicle, used Catia as modelling and Ansys and hyper mesh as analysis software for the same. Designed all the automobile systems including hydraulic brakes, independent wishbone suspension, mechanical type steering system, transmission system.
- I have Designed and manufactured Lathe machine fixture for knotching of tubes to improve accuracy in fabrication of Chassis.
- I have designed and fabricated modular fixture which can be used for the estimation of shear strength of materials as well as it can be used for analyzing bending behavior of beams.
