Also responsible for online and offline promotion - As client Partner to a diversified $20bn Indian multinational Group, its group companies and joint-venture partners including major manufacturing and financial services. Growth and mining of business accounts with delivery oversight (revenue and profitability responsibilities).
- Create and implement an India strategy that fits in the Groups’ business plans and generates value for the global IT organization. The strategy proposed a mixed approach of insourcing and outsourcing, creating a global-standard R&D center, and leveraging India’s “cost and quality” advantages to provide technology re-engineering with targeted bottom-line benefits.
