Goal: In this first step, teams identify the goal they hope to reach by having constructive conversations and brainstorming.
Reality: After teams identify their goal, they determine their current status toward reaching that goal, otherwise known as their reality.
Options: During the third phase of the GROW method, teams identify potential obstacles to achieving their goal while also determining the options to overcome those challenges.
Way forward: The way forward is the last part of the GROW method, where the team selects the best option and uses it to develop actionable steps to solve the problem.
