Planning and executing training sessions: I have fifteen years of experience in planning and executing training sessions, including developing objectives, learning outcomes, and training materials, and assessing participant learning. My experience is leveraging with various learning techniques, including instructor-led training, interactive workshop sessions, and self-directed learning.

Facilitating active learning: I have given extensive training in facilitating active learning, including using a variety of learning techniques and strategies to engage learners, promote collaboration, and support learners to take control of their learning experience. I am skilled and good at fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
4. Collaborative problem-solving: I have always based ny training in collaborative problem-solving techniques, including facilitating decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. Also, I am skilled at creating an environment that encourages open communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving.
5. Facilitating virtual and online training: I have provided training in facilitating virtual and online training, including using technology and communication tools to support learners remotely. I am good at creating an interactive and engaging virtual learning environment, and I am familiar with different virtual training tools, including WebEx, Zoom, and Skype.
