Not only have I been a productive citizen but I also have been on the other side as a criminal and drug addict. Thats in the past but I whole heartedly believe that experience puts me ahead of most. Nothing about me fits neatly into any one box and I think that trait might be what you need to solve your problems. My best skill is getting the most benefit from each person on any one team. Communication and comprehension for the win.
