theory of my idea about this device is based on a very common device in markets.it has no moving part therefore has a very high speed in counting bills.it also can be used to count other paper materials.

Problem this idea/invention addresses:
it has very high speed to cout bills(at least 400-500bills per second (not minute)) comparing traditional bill counters.
