Lockable, portable ground anchor & aircraft tie down

Summary:
The only lockable ground anchor which can be re located again and again.

Full Description:
2 (or multiple of 2) pegs forming a dovetail anchor in turf. Pegs held in place by means of a padlock. Attach camping equipment (tents, gas bottles, bikes etc) or light aircraft. Extremely difficult to remove unless you have the key. Enough to deter an opportunist thief.
