The Solar Harvester generates electricity and hot water in the SAME collector.

Full Description:
The Solar Harvester is a hybrid. The merging of PV and Thermal (PV/T) not only captures more of the solar spectrum, the PV life is greatly extended from 30 years to 75 years. Another trick extends PV life to 100 years. So, instead of replacing a PV system every 30 years, never replace it. A huge financial incentive. Another advantage is that the PV/T system produces 23% more electricity than a standard PV system per size. So, instead of 5 PV collectors, 4 PV/T will do the same.. and give hot water as well.
The prototype shown is hand made. Of course, mass production is a must. I have created the engineering documents for the machines that will produce the Solar Harvester, which are confidential.
At $1K/harvester, 480/8hr day = 480K/day gross.

Problem this idea/invention addresses:
With "Peak oil" now in the past, the world is on energy alert. PV (photo voltaic) and thermal collectors are popping up on a lot houses. This trend will only escalate. The "Solar Harvester" approaches 95% efficiency where PV is approaching 20% and thermal is about 75%.
