Frequency driven motors give free output
The idea is possible because the induction motor converts frequency into mechanical power as speed.
The mechanical output power of any motor is Speed*Torque.
The idea is that an induction motor directly drives a generator to provide some free output power as speed converted to electrical power by the generator.

Torque = voltage*current.
Speed = (120*frequency)/number of poles (frequency converted directly into free mechanical power).
