Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitor

Mar-14-16 The Oscar 2 ambulatory blood pressure monitor allows for continuous monitoring for up to 24 hours.

Developed for use in both patients and research studies, the Oscar 2 with SphygmoCor Inside was developed in collaboration by SunTech Medical and AtCor Medical. The device measures the pressure waveforms of the central arterial pressure, central aortic blood pressures and arterial stiffness incides, continuously and non-invasively. The system is also able to correct for disturbances caused by patient movement, and the data can be communicated directly to a computer for easier and faster interpretation.
