Beddit Sleep Sensor Improves Sleep Performance

Beddit Sleep Sensor Improves Sleep Performance
Oct-02-13
The Beddit Sleep Sensor tracks the user’s sleeping habits and offers tips and techniques to help improve sleep performance.

Far surpassing its funding goal on Indiegogo, the Beddit is made up of an ultra-thin film sensor meant to be placed on the mattress, just beneath the bed sheet. The sensor monitors the sleeper’s sleeping patterns and movements during sleep as well as heart rate and breathing movements. The information is sent over Bluetooth to a mobile device, where it is analyzed by the Beddit app. The results are displayed with a sleep score breakdown, and users also receive personalized tips to help improve sleep quality.
