Recently receiving European clearance, the EASYLOG device fits on most common insulin pen injectors, where it will monitor and record the dosage, concentration, time and date. The data is transmitted to a paired smartphone, allowing the patient to track their injections as well as receive reminders or warnings of a possible accidental double-dose.
