Bixpy Jet Adds a Motor to Paddle Crafts

Jul-09-16 The modular Bixpy Jet system adds a motorized boost to paddle-powered watercraft.

The newest in the Bixpy collection, the Bixpy Jet is similar in size to a one-liter water bottle, and weighs about two pounds. The specialized motor can be powered by an array of battery packs, and different mounting systems allow it to be used across a range of small watercraft—such as kayaks, paddleboards, and canoes. Once installed, the Bixpy Jet motor can be controlled via a remote unit. The line of attachments also includes the Swim Jet, which transforms the jet into a handheld unit that propels the “rider” through the water.
