CricFlex Keep Cricket Bowlers Honest

CricFlex Keep Cricket Bowlers Honest
Feb-01-17
Designed for cricket players, the CricFlex wearable ensures the bowler makes only legal moves.

In the game of Cricket, the bowler’s arm while bowling can only be bent fifteen degrees or less. Conventionally, this angle is judged by an umpire or a lengthy lab test.

The CricFlex simplifies the process, and functions as a trainer as well. It is made up of a flexible sleeve embedded with sensors that measure the angle of the wearer’s arm as they bowl. The data is transmitted to a paired Android app, as well as information such as the speed of the ball’s release and delivery time.
