EndoSwab Ensures Endoscope Cleanliness

The tiny crevices in endoscopes make the tools difficult to clean, which can leave behind contaminants. To address this problem, and offer an alternative to disposable endoscopes, the EndoSwab features an absorbent foam tip attached to the end of a long wand. After the endoscope has been cleaned, the EndoSwab is inserted into it, where its spongy tip reaches into crevices to take samples for a cleanliness test to ensure all bodily fluids have been removed.
