Glowing Solar Charged Jacket

The Solar Charged Jacket gets its glow from a phosphorescent compound able to absorb light and emit a green glow in the dark, similar to glow-in-the-dark stickers. Unlike the stickers, however, the jacket will glow for up to 12 hours, and the compound will not be removed with washings.
