Golden Ratio Mathematics Scissors Look Odd, Feel Great
Apr-09-15
Based on the Golden Ratio, the four-holed Mathematics Scissors are actually more comfortable to hold and use.

Created by iAN Yen of Design YxR, the Mathematics Scissors feature a circular handle and four finger holes, three on one side and one on the other for the thumb. The scissors perform as well as conventional scissors while allowing for a more natural and controllable grip, and also add a new aesthetic to the workspace.

Design YxR believes design is not just about the surface of objects, but also requires story and creativity.
