Apr-27-15 Gyro Heat Technologies has engineered the ultimate in cooking experiences by radically improving the gas burners ability to displace heat to the cooking vessel, preventing the creation of hotspots.

This shift in how gas burners operate will not only allow delicate and prolonged heating without hot spots, but allow users to cook and keep food warm off the same burner, avoiding the need for additional heating/warming devices.

GHT is also the first to patent energy harvesting techniques in gas cooking burners. On average only 20% of the heat given off by gas burners is able to be absorbed and displaced by common cookware. GHT has patented the recycling of this wasted energy for use in electrically operated systems such as, but not limited to, motors or electric heating coils/infrared devices.
