HorseCom Calming Headset for Horses

Sep-16-16 Designed as a headset for horses, the HorseCom invention soothes nervous horses with calming music.

To work around some of the obvious problems of fitting headphones on a horse, the HorseCom is made up of a specially designed mesh cap equipped with a Bluetooth receiver. The team worked with veterinarians to determine the maximum volume level for the music, ensuring the sound is not too loud, and the system is controlled via a paired smartphone. New music is added to the HorseCom site each month (designed for different actions and paces), and the users can also give the horse commands through the system.
